Who We Are
Strike Force Striping ("Strike Force Striping," "we," "us," or "our") provides commercial parking lot striping, pavement marking, and pavement consulting services in Upstate South Carolina. Our business address is 1 Victor St, Suite 1A, Greenville, SC 29609.
This Privacy Policy covers strikeforcestriping.com and all related pages, forms, and communications we operate. By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use our website, and information we receive from service providers acting on our behalf.
- Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or property name, property address, approximate lot size, the services you are interested in, how you heard about us, and any additional project details you choose to include in a form, email, phone call, or text message.
- Attribution and session information: the page you landed on, the website that referred you, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) if you arrived from an ad or tracked link. These are stored in your browser's session storage and submitted with your form so we know which marketing efforts are working.
- Technical information: your browser's user agent string, IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. Some of this is collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools.
- Service and transaction records: quotes, proposals, scopes of work, scheduling details, service history, and correspondence related to work we perform for you.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or biometric data through this website. Please do not submit that kind of information through our forms.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote, estimate, or pavement assessment.
- Contacting you by phone, email, or text message about your request, your project, or scheduled work.
- Scheduling, performing, documenting, and invoicing services.
- Providing customer support and following up after a project is complete.
- Sending service reminders, such as when a lot is due for restriping, and occasional company updates you have asked to receive.
- Understanding which marketing channels bring in inquiries so we can improve them.
- Maintaining the security and reliability of our website, and detecting or preventing fraud and abuse.
- Meeting our legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide us with your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Strike Force Striping related to your inquiry or service. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors acting solely on our behalf to deliver these messages.
Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies, session storage, and similar technologies. Session storage is used to remember campaign parameters for the length of your visit so that a form you submit can be attributed to the source that brought you here.
We use Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tags configured within it to understand how visitors find and use our site. These tools may set their own cookies and collect information such as your IP address, pages viewed, time on page, and general location. That information is governed by the privacy policies of the providers involved.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but some features and measurement may not work as intended.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors that host our website, store our lead records, deliver our email and text messages, process payments, or provide analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Subcontractors and partners: where a project requires a specialist (for example, paving, sealcoating, or ADA engineering work we do not self-perform), we share only the information needed to schedule and complete that work.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of any person.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy continuing to apply to the transferred information.
As stated in the SMS/Text Messaging section above, mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Notwithstanding anything above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are shared only with our text messaging delivery vendors acting on our behalf. Analytics and advertising tags on our site do not receive your mobile number or SMS consent information.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting, warranty, and insurance obligations. Inquiries that do not become projects are generally retained so we can recognize you if you contact us again and so we can measure marketing performance. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to our website and access controls on the systems that store lead and customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the following choices about your information:
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove you as a customer and does not stop transactional communication by phone or email.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply and ask us to remove you. We may still send you email that is necessary to complete work you have requested.
- Phone calls: tell us during any call, or contact us using the details below, and we will note your preference.
- Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor those rights where they apply. To exercise any of them, contact us using the information at the end of this policy.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to that signal, so our site does not respond to it differently. You can still control tracking through your browser's cookie settings and through the opt-out tools offered by the analytics and advertising providers we use.
Children's Privacy
Our services are sold to businesses and property owners, and our website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our website links to third-party sites and services, including our social media profiles and industry resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit from ours.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our tools, or the law. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
